Leader: Marilyn Moore
Adult Bible Study currently meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM at our LFMC facility located at 1201 Lexington. We feature bible study curriculum with authors, including Joyce Meyer, Andrew Wommack, Beth Jones, John Bevere, and Mike Bickle. This has proven to be a catlyst for new depths & maturity in the lives of all who attend. Not only has the basic process of systematically going through each study been life-changing, we have found that the variety of discussion has drawn out an increase in more revelation and spiritual hunger.
Books are available for purchase at the beginning of each new bible study session. All are welcome to attend and may begin in the study series at any time. Coffee and tea are available during each study. Dress and atmosphere is very casual.

Wednesday night study beginning May 12
Many people find it difficult to believe that God wants them well. They may be suffering personally or perhaps watching a loved one endure sickness and pain. In either case, they become discouraged after their prayers seemingly go unanswered. They then conclude that God must be allowing this to happen, or worse, that He has caused it. Both are wrong and both bring into question the goodness of God.
In this book, Andrew shares the truth of what God’s unconditional love and grace has already provided. Healing is a big part of that provision. He answers many common questions including those about Paul’s thorn in the flesh, the sovereignty of God and more. If you or someone you know is in need of healing, this book is for you.
Wednesday Night Study Beginning September 29
God has a plan for your prosperity and this includes your well being spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. Jesus said the gospel is good news to the poor...and that includes your financial condition! You'll enjoy this rich and comprehensive Bible study where you'll discover line upon line God's plan for wealth, stewardship, giving, receiving, motives, success and generosity. We'll answer common questions and misunderstandings such as: Didn't Jesus preach against being rich? Aren't poverty and lack signs of spirituality? Isn't God's main concern our spiritual prosperity? Isn't the "prosperity gospel" carnal, ungodly and unbiblical? You'll love this study in your own Bible as you understand God's economy and His view of believers and money!
